We strive to provide a professional and friendly cleaning service that combines reliability, flexibility, consistency and hard work with gentle, non-toxic and effective products.
We will clean areas that are sometimes overlooked such as the shower drain waste, inside your toothbrush holder, under couch cushions, behind the toilet.
We leave a chocolate treat and organic tea bag after each clean to enjoy when you get home.

Our Home Cleaners
To give you peace of mind around the safety and security of your home all Evergreen cleaners go through a Ministry of Justice and background check.
Our cleaners are chosen for their honesty and reliability. We do regular quality control checks to ensure a consistently high standard of cleaning.
Home Cleaning Rates
We have two minimum standard cleaning rates that cover a majority of our jobs depending on house size and number of bathrooms.
Each member of our team works to a high standard. Our rates are based on the size of your home and cleaning tasks completed rather than an hourly rate.
Extra jobs requested by you not included in our regular service will be charged at an additional cost. Larger spaces with extra bedrooms/bathrooms or houses that regularly require extra work will be quoted outside of this rate.
Before agreeing to our service, we will visit you to go through your requirements.
Regular Clean
(Weekly or Fortnight)
Regular maintenance clean of the home, targeting all areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and floors.
We clean areas in your house and do so to highest standard. We will routinely clean your interior door handles and light switches as part of your regular clean. All areas are dried with a cloth after surfaces have been cleaned and naturally disinfected.
Each home is different and requires slightly different cleaning tasks. As such once we have viewed your space we can determine if your job will fit into one of our minimum standard cleans as below.

Minimum Standard Clean
Deep Clean/One-off Clean
(Minimum 3 hours)
This clean is a more detailed clean. It can include services in a regular clean and more. Paying attention to areas that are not cleaned regularly.
We will work within your budget to get your deep cleaning and one-off jobs done. Based on an hourly rate. We will clean priority areas first as requested by you.
This thorough clean will get into your nooks and crannies, cleaning all requested areas, especially those not cleaned regularly. The deep clean can be individualised to suit your needs and can include services in a regular clean and more.
Rates
A minimum of 3 hours initial cleaning from $180 any additional hours charged at $50 each hour after initial rate.

- Damp wipe skirting boards.
